Simonette has more than three decades of clinical and psycho education experience, working extensively with people experiencing all types of anxiety, stress, work related issues, and relationship issues. She continues to consult across government health and welfare agencies, front line emergency services and health and caring aged care.
Simonette continues to bring a unique blend of evidence based, positive psychology and social ecology to peer support mind health programs. With a foundation in trauma informed care, clinical hypnotherapy; growth psychology; peer support and mental health delivery with a focus on self-care, mindfulness, and wellbeing practices.
In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors in the beauty of nature.
