Practice is open and we continue to be available for face to face consultations as per our usual hours.
Potential COVID-19 cases are triaged by our staff and directed to appropriate health services. We are working hard to minimise potential exposure within our practice and will do our best to continue looking after your usual healthcare needs.
MEDICARE REBATED phone consults available to the people isolating themselves at home on the advice of a medical practitioner OR after consultation with a COVID-19 hotline
MEDICARE REBATED phone consults for issues NOT related to COVID-19 are also available to the following vulnerable groups:
• People aged over 70
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged over 50
• People with chronic health conditions or who are immunocompromised
• Parents with new babies and people who are pregnant.
For those who would prefer to have their regular supplements posted to them we can do so. Supplements will be mailed out on Mondays / Wednesdays and Fridays. The only additional charge will be the cost of Australia Post postage.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all dental practices have been placed on level one restrictions as implemented by the Australian Dental Association.
Level one restrictions permit all dental treatments using standard precautions for people who do not meet epidemiological or clinical risk factors for COVID-19 infection transmissions.
Our reception staff will continue to carry out the appropriate pre-screening for all patients 24 hours prior to the appointment.
