I have been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching since 2002. When I discovered yoga in my 20’s it was the joyous effects of deep mindfulness that occurred while stretching and strengthening my body that ignited a life long passion for this art form. I have studied Ki Yoga, Shiatsu and Whole Food as Medicine in Sydney under Master Teacher Jack Marshall. These systems are based on the Japanese meridian system and seasonal cycles. I later studies a more traditional yoga system at the Sivananda Ashram in Himalayas, India, making a deeper connection with the power of the breath, mantra and meditation.
Here at the centre I work with individuals of all levels and ages, both no to one and in small groups. These classes provide specialised care for individual conditions and requirements such as illness, accident recovery or chronic conditions. Or simple for those liking a gentler guided practice.
I love nothing more than the opportunity to share the joy and clarity that yoga brings.
