Frequently Asked Questions

If you would like to make an appointment, please request an appointment online or contact the Centre by phone (02 9918.2288). We answer the phone personally from 9am until approximately 5pm Monday to Friday, and there is an answering machine for messages after hours. Hours vary from practitioner to practitioner, and everyone's individual hours can be seen under their photos, or at the bottom of each screen for medical and dental. 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this time to another patient. A fee may be charged if you do not show up for an appointment without giving us sufficient notice.

If you are uncertain about anything, please contact us! If the person on reception doesn't know the answer, she will find out and get back to you.
